Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance, especially during busy seasons (graduation season, holidays). However, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible!

What's included in the rental price?

All rentals include: personalized greeting, choice of 2 colors, stars, 2 specialty signs (with extras added when available), FREE delivery, setup, and pickup within our service area!

What if the weather is bad?

Our signs are completely weatherproof! They'll look great in rain, snow, or sunshine. In case of severe weather warnings, we'll contact you to discuss safety options.

Can I request specific specialty signs?

Absolutely! While we include 2 specialty signs with every rental, you can request specific ones in your booking notes. We'll do our best to accommodate and often add extras when available!

How does payment work?

After you submit your booking, we'll confirm availability and send you a secure Clover payment link via email. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed and we'll take care of everything else!

Do I need to be home for setup or pickup?

Nope! We'll text you when we're on our way and when we're done. As long as we can access your front yard, we'll handle everything without disturbing you.
