Terms of Service

Effective March 15, 2026

These terms govern use of the Blue Bird Yard Signs website and booking requests.

Booking requests

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability. Bookings are confirmed only after we review the request and payment is completed.

Pricing

Website pricing is a starting estimate. Final pricing may vary based on customization, service area, timing, phrase length, add-ons, or special setup requirements.

Payment

Approved bookings receive a secure Clover payment link. Your booking is not finalized until payment is received.

Setup and pickup

We typically install signs the evening before the event and remove them after the rental period. Timing may vary based on route, weather, and operations.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate address, date, and contact details.
  • Ensure the yard is accessible and safe for installation.
  • Do not move, damage, alter, or remove signage once installed.
  • Notify us promptly if there are pets, gates, sprinklers, or special access instructions.

Cancellations and weather

If severe weather, unsafe ground conditions, or access restrictions prevent safe installation, we may reschedule, modify, or cancel the booking. Refund or credit handling will be communicated case by case.
